Click to view Royal Oak Listings I have been a successful, licensed realtor since March of 1984. I began my career as the "Rookie of the Year" for both my company (ReMax Mountain View) and the Calgary Real Estate Board. Since that time I have consistently maintained "top producer" status.

In my early days as a realtor, I spent countless hours preparing for a meeting with a client. I wanted to provide the right amount of pertinent information so that my client would be able to make an informed, intelligent decision about his/her real estate transaction. I did not view myself as a "salesperson" but rather as a purveyor of information. This approach has served me well over the years. Now, some 22 years later, I certainly know a lot more about real estate than I did in 1984.

Today, over 90% of my business comes from referred or repeat clients. I have earned a reputation as a "no-pressure", hard working realtor with very good insight, knowledge and integrity. Because my business is mainly repeat and referral, I have sold property in every quadrant of Calgary and in numerous outlying towns and acreages. However, since I live in northwest Calgary, I have done more business in this area than in any other.

In August of 2002, we moved into our new home in Royal Oak. We are really enjoying becoming a part of this new community. Royal Oak is a beautiful but rather complex subdivision because there is no one dominant developer. There are many 'phases' with very different 'personalities' which can lead to some confusion for buyers. In light of this, I have decided to add a specialization in Royal Oak to my repertoire.
